Side effects
Common Side Effects

Serious warnings
Liver and kidney concerns: Products marketed for bodybuilding, including some that may contain GAC, have been found to sometimes include undisclosed steroids or steroid-like substances. These can lead to serious liver injury, kidney damage, and other severe health issues
Cardiovascular risks: The use of performance-enhancing drugs, including some amino acid injections, can increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular events, particularly when misused or taken in high doses
Hormonal imbalances: Some bodybuilding supplements can disrupt natural hormone levels, potentially leading to serious conditions such as gynecomastia (breast growth in men), infertility, and increased aggression
